I am looking for a small toolset I can self host to edit audio, mostly cutting, but having other options would be nice, I was hoping to find something as close as https://123apps.com/ that I can find to self host, Docker is preferred, but I am not picky and I should be able to make anything work.

It’s not gif, it’s (full) video editing but there is nothing premier about it. I only use free online tools, these being some of them. My cheap laptop couldn’t handle video editing programs of any kind anyway :).
