The URL is very interesting :)) As someone with ADHD, I think that simplicity is key when it comes to ADHD-friendly tools. I love the the simplicity of the app. However, one feature that I think is particularly helpful for ADHD users is the option to play ambient sounds during the work sessions. You might see if https://asoftmurmur.com/ works for you—it has the advantage of being wallpaper without unexpected elements; and not being interrupted by e.g. commercials. I use it for white noise when sleeping in hotel rooms etc. I can attest to the fact that it’s constant and consistent.

Added to this is that I also have fairly loud tinnitus, so complete quiet is often worse for me than a little bit of noise. Occasionally I will use something like https://asoftmurmur.com/ when I just need background noise, but nothing that might steal my attention.
