I’d recommend installing accubattery and using it right away. Unfortunately there’s no battery health monitor in the settings like in iOS but accubattery is a great alternative and is even better in some aspects.
P.S I also switched from iOS to the Pixel 6 pro (link: https://accubatteryapp.com/ ).

I used to agree with your points but have fallen down the battery lifespan rabbithole. I have used Accubattery ever since on my android device and chromebook.
