I once trusted AirMail, but they created so many extra folders and kept switching around the client interface. It haunts me to this day, since I recommended it to so many people who hated it.

You might want to consider Airmail Pro or Business as an alternative. I think it has all the features you are looking for. They offer a privacymode and some privacy features but I don’t have any experiences with this app or company. Good luck!

Also, I don’t think Airmail responds on here much, but I’ve found if you click the chat icon at the bottom right of this page, they’re pretty good about responding by email. You can also check with their Slack page if you use their beta app, which BTW, is free. https://airmailapp.com/.

I searched all my USPS emails and noticed only the new ones weren’t working, nothing since May 29th. Everything before that date shows up correctly (again this is after updating). I would think if AirMail changed something, it would be applied evenly, even to old USPS emails. This makes me think USPS changed their inline image formats or something. IDK, but if we both message them about this at the bottom or on…

Spark is good, has both MacOs and iOS versions and syncs quite well. It’s free too. Another one is Airmail but it needs subscription.
