For money you could get small amount doing audio transcription or small data service jobs. I do not know how controlling your family members are, but you could start by working on small online data jobs for Amazon.com. They have a multitude of industries that are worked in, especially in data services. If you sign up for employment through mturk.com you can try doing small data jobs like transcribing business…

All you need is a computer and it’s basically work from home type of thing. I make about 700/mo when it’s slow and up to 1.5k/mo when it’s good. You can give them ideas about money generation online like audio transcription sites so that small amounts of money can be earned independently. If you really want, you can create an account on mturk.com and replicate these results. It takes about 15 minutes to get up and running (not counting data collection time), and in my case cost $30 ($0.02 per participant, plus Amazon’s cut).
