I rename the files I download to “2000 AD.” If you’ve downloaded a lot of them, this can be accomplished in seconds using ANT Renamer.

Once in a blue moon I fire up my windows pc and use my trusty old Ant Renamer https://antp.be/software/renamer probably because I am so used to it.

You could use a tool like Antrenamer. It should work if you do it via regex (regular expressions).

I personally grabbed musics from here: http://sc55.duke4.net/games.php#doom2 both MP3 and OGG packs work, haven’t tried the FLAC one. Extract the musics in the wad folder and remove the d_ at the beginning of every filename (I use Ant Renamer for this kind of stuff).
