Local network url bypass

Basically, I have recently got my hands on a rasperry pi, I love it! I have a homelab, but it just doesnt have the functionality of portability. Is there any way to unblock sites on android browser (like vivaldi, kiwi, samsung etc) which is restricted in my country without using vpn or any other app?

I am not sure weather this will work in an android browser and I cant test it. This website lets you run a virtual browser in a browser. Try entering the site you would want to visit. But it only lets you have 3 mins of browsing on a free version.I am sure there are services similar to this. Its worth checking out.
