I wouldn’t. It’s clearly one of the deep learning filters slapped over a screenshot. It’s low effort and anyone can make it using something like this https://deepart.io/ something done by hand would look so much better.

Use an ai site like deepart.io, input the picture, and then an image of a drawing you want to recreate the style of. It basically recreates the image but in the style of the drawing.

As a test, I used https://deepart.io to take this map and apply this map as a style to it, and it came out with this, which is… ok-ish? It might be worth playing around with. I think without paying anything you are limited to only a few images, and lower resolution output.

There is also online tools that you can use to generate images yourself (e.g.: https://deepart.io/). But when you use such programs, a question arises : who’s the artist?

Deepdreamgenerator.com is what I used for this one. That should be easier, check out style transfer. You input an image to extract the style, and another image to convert. Several websites do that, google gives me this one first.
