Evernote I treat like an organized notes repository which is great for finding things I thought were cool or interesting and have nowhere to put. Obsidian is great for creating and linking ideas together (which makes it easier to follow your own thread back later). Both have been absolutely worth it to spend a couple of dollars a month on.

If you’re new to Macs, I can recomment BetterTouchTool app for programming actions with the trackpad (as an example I set 5-finger tap to screenshot and double-tap with 4 fingers to switch between windows of active app). If you take a lot of screenshots you might like Skitch app to easily annotate them too :).

I use Evernote as a way of keeping searchable lists and notes about of stuff all in one place, eg time lines for things like long term projects so I know where I’m at with something or things like the kids birthdays, where I last put my passport all the way through to books and films I would like to read/watch. Evernote is working fine on the Desktop and Mobile App, but when I use Firefox to try to go to the evernote.com website, and Login with Google Authentication, I’m just brought to a white screen and nothing loads. This worked yesterday but has been broken all day today. Any suggestions?
