Should I be using venv in native Windows 11 or venv in WSL for projects?

Only recently found this out: the reason windows file search is so slow is because searching file contents is enable by default. Disabling it (to search file names only) is so much faster

Is it really that difficult?

Just after reading this post, I tested a program I downloaded to replace the Windows Run, turns out it’s also a full App launcher, I really recommend it to anyone reading this.

A free alternative version of explorer for windows 11?

I used it a lot at college when I was forced into using DAISY books, being able to wildcard select just the mp3’s in a folder without having to go through the whole view, sort by, type, then find them and faff around was useful.
I’m not sure how well it will integrate as a replacement shell on modern windows, and I make heavy use of my win+e key and the run dialog both, so if I wanted to get hold of it on a…
