I have a website manager but how do i know what is being done?

If YOU can get the WordPress code/templates and maybe do a complete backup of it, you can take the website and find a hosting provider that does WordPress as a speciality…(I am not associated with these guys, just used them once…a little googling and you will find hundreds) – fastcomet.com.

Is there a tool/framework for…?

I’ve been experimenting with fastcomet and I can actually make call-outs/embeds there, and they don’t consider it a premium feature which is very nice, and their webbuilder is pretty sweet.
