Why Linux?

Except you can very much buy xbox games (even digitally) from other retailers besides Microsoft. greenmangaming.com and amazon both sell xbox digital games, I’m sure other retailers offer codes too. Actually come to think of it I know you can get codes off of best buy’s website, and their brick stores offer cards with digital keys on them. So does Walmart.

Coming back after a long time away, DLC questions..

If you want it on steam more than saving some money you could buy a key for the ultimate edition on Humble Bundle. It’s on sale there atm for a bit over $30 converted from my currency. Check out greenmangaming.com as well it might be a bit cheaper there but I’m not sure about the regional pricing.

Consoles be tripping with this new $70 standard when I can get this game for $22 less on PC. If it weren’t for exclusives, I would have gotten rid of my PS5 by now.

Questions from a noob thinking about buying the game…

You can occasionally find the collector’s edition on 3rd party sites like gamebillet.com or greenmangaming.com with a discount. If you buy the game there you get a steam key which adds it to your library and these sites sometimes have very generous discounts. That being said, I highly recommend getting the collector’s edition.

PSA to most Canadians: Today is your last day of tax-free PlayStation Store Digital purchases.

You can do the same on Steam, Xbox Live, Nintendo Store, etc. With those stores you even have the option of just buying entire game codes from cdkeys, Amazon, greenmangaming.com, etc tax free in USD and registering the code in your Canadian account.

40 hours in and having the time of my life!

Even if price isn’t an issue always check greenmangaming.com for deals on steam keys (if you’re on pc of course). I was able to 3 copies of the base game for me, my wife, and my brother for about $27CAD each. I think Iceborne is on deal for $30.
