Some great sites to check the sites performance are pagespeed.web.dev and gtmetrix.com and you should get used to using them to check your own sites. My advice is to not to take it as gospel, they’re more guidelines. Search results ranking is more than just site performance.

That’s way too long. Use https://gtmetrix.com/ to see where the load time is coming from. Google terms you’re not familiar and reverse engineer the solution: minify, parse, dom, defer javascript, etc.
