With all that being said, this will vary wildly from sector to sector. Personally, I recommend https://weworkremotely.com/ and https://talent.hubstaff.com/ . You can live in Portugal and work anywhere remotely, which would give you more purchasing power in the national economy.

Hubstaff has built a solid reputation for itself pairing quality companies offering remote jobs with great talent. Like LinkedIn, you’ll create a (free) profile, and then have access to the plethora of new remote jobs posted daily. Some gigs begin as low as a few dollars per hour but span up to the six-figure range, so this remote jobs site is also a great resource for those in need of a quick side hustle.

Maybe put your profile on websites like https://www.upwork.com/ or https://talent.hubstaff.com/. It’s probably not easy to get the first job there and even more complicated as a PM (on contrary to dev/content writer jobs).
If you decide to do the above, please share your experience as I think it’s a bit terra incognita for PMs (at least for me 😉 ).
Cheers!
