Iconmonstr has a more robust catalog of icons that can be downloaded or embedded as SVGs as well. Between this and heroicons, I have been able to find every icon I needed.

There are a multitude of web tools you can use.
Personally I use:
Figma – for design and mock ups
Unsplash – for images and gifs
Placeholder.com – for place holder images
Iconmonstr.com – for icons
Fontawesome.com – for icons.

Looks like a great alternative! I like font icons because they really simplify the process (no need to host thousands of files, just one (also speeds up loading).
I’ve looked at it and iconmonstr.com does provide a font version but it’s limited to only ~300 icons which isn’t a lot, but as long as it contains all you need for a project, it works!

Great list, id suggest iconmonstr.com over flaticon because they don’t require attribution.
