Two days ago I had a CPC of over 33 USD I got only 300 views yet Made a total of 1.92 USD that day which made me wonder how can I get a CPC of over 50 USD. There are lots of tools that can do this, but you’re not going to find a free tool that shows search volume because the APIs required to get this info is expensive. I would recommend using either SEMRush (14-day free trial) or KeywordTool.io.

Content matters next. Figure out what people are looking for in your niche. Ahrefs and SEMRush are often recommended in r/SEO for keyword searching but can be pricy starting out. Google offers Trends and Keywords Planner along with auto complete when asking questions into the search engine. The homepage doesnt have a search field, instead it has a join for free button, imo a search field would be better, once the user want to get the value of the product ask them to signup ( a similar example https://keywordtool.io/ ).

I think tags are slightly less important nowadays as an algorithm signal than they were a couple of years ago. But personally I think they are 100% worth it, as adding them is low-effort yet (potentially) high reward. Especially if you use something like keywordtool.io to come up with tags quickly. And this is definitely the case the more niched-down your content is (like canadian outdoors!).

Keywordtool.io will give you some of it, and you might combine with other tools/browser extensions, even google’s keyword planner, to get search volume, or sign up for keywordtools pro at $70 a month. (ouch). It comes up with 69 results under it’s question tab.
