It becomes so repetitive that it just ruins the…

– If you want a native encrypted cloud storage, one of the better priced ones is Mega. The free tier gives you up to 20GB to use. Here’s a referral link if you want extra free storage a well. It’s still E2EE, but not open-sourced. They do, however, have an audit on their encryption and source codes. I use this for backing up photos, business docs, and keeping a backup of one of my Cryptomator vaults here.

The videos come in as raw as the day they were saved, using xfire’s wierd XFR1 video codec. Both VLC and MPC can play them just fine, but discord & most video editing apps will have trouble. Youtube, imgur and streamable support XFR1. Also included with your download link (via mega.nz) is a conv_vids folder which contains all the vids in a more modern MP4 format for video editing.

Files(PDF, Excel, Word, etc.), Archives(.7z, .zip, TrueCrypt, bitlocker, etc.), and WIFI Handshakes(.cap, .hccap) should be uploaded to a file hosting website such as https://mega.nz/ or https://gofile.io/. These files should be handled with caution by anyone attempting to crack them as some may contain viruses/malware.

I’m trying to find a better alternative for mega.nz. It’s a good file sharing website but the problem is that the leak that I upload there get taken down fast even after creating a new link. If you have any suggestion you can comment below.

Both mega.nz & mega.io are official domains for MEGA. MEGA’s product, corporate and help pages will be delivered from the mega.io domain for users who aren’t logged in. The .io domain reflects the global nature of MEGA, which currently has more than 200 million registered users in more than 215 countries / territories. The .io pages are more likely to be properly indexed by search engines than the current .nz…
