Right now, it goes to https://ourdomain.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/sharepoint.aspx and once users are in SP, if they ever click the home button it will direct them to this page as well. Authentication happens through a 3rd party so when we try to login to office.com with our company accounts it redirect us to this 3rd party company that handles our logins.

I’ve looked in office.com (using Chrome) and Excel 365 for Mac (Version 16.79). Nothing in the top-right corner except “Analyze Data”. And when I try to search for in the the Tell Me or Help menu, it acts like it has no idea what Copilot is.

We have had the Hybrid setup for several months and haven’t had any issues changing passwords in AD and syncing them to the M365. However, today a user changed their M365 in office.com. Afterwards, they were unable to login to their M365 account. I have manually reset their account in on-prem AD and forced an AD to M365 sync using PowerShell.

When I create a new email address (Microsoft 365 Business Standard if it matters) and log in to office.com to download the Office apps, I am now being FORCED to set up verification via SMS or Microsoft Authenticator. Certain employees are subject to regulations that don’t allow interaction with any personal devices, and the business is certainly not buying company phones just for authentication. We used to be able…

We can access the account through office.com, the multifactor is disabled for that account, all the conditional access in Active Directory are the default ones. I’ve tried to login with my own account and still get the same error.
