Do you have all the text done that would go on the site?
You can create it yourself with simple drag and drop tools and have it up within hours on a self hosted service.
A tool I’d recommend is Mobirise (https://mobirise.com/).

I found something called Mobirise which seems to tick all my boxes. It definitely runs offline (it’s a Windows executable and I disabled wi-fi to confirm) and exports my site locally as HTML as well as publishing direct to my domain, so that’s good. It looks okay so far and hasn’t been too hard for me to deal with. I’ll stick with this for now, I think.

Search for free website editors. It depends on what features you want for your site. Mobirise free might be enough – https://mobirise.com/ – but you’d have to pay for the frills. Coffee up is easy.

Just FYI: I’ve been informed this Roxxcart site is not part of the promotion for the Loki series. I won’t reveal the source of that info for their privacy. However I can directed people to the apparent GitHub of the Roxxcart site here https://github.com/DystopianBoy/roxxcart and that the site appears to be created via a free website builder called Mobrise.
