Check porkbun.com, namesilo.com, then namecheap.com. They offer most but not all TLDs but each offers a few the other doesn’t. There are some that none of them offer so you can try GoDaddy but they’re pricey. Those three are among your best bets for long term low pricing.

I would like to setup a small server at home. Prior to doing this, I needed to move my DNS records from Namecheap. I am planning on using Cloudflare’s free plan to host my DNS and also front the services once I have migrated the zone first.

Hello I have a Domain in name.com and hosting in namecheap.com. But while creating addon domain from cpanel. One of my domain is not getting forwarded to namecheap hosting. I have added namecheap nameservers(more than a week ago) for this domain still its showing this error message – looks like xyz.com pointed to remote nameservers. Any help how can I solve this issue?

As a note they come really cheap and you pay for domains by the year. You can get a domain name for as little as $5 a year from namecheap.com and get all the bells and whistles while you are at it.

I’d suggest get a normal cheap hosting plan and domain from namecheap.com you don’t need any bells or whistles, and when you get into your cpanel they have the option to install wordpress. When I try to send email to [support@namecheap.com](mailto:support@namecheap.com), all the email bounces as namecheap.com‘s mail servers do not have IPv6 address.

My question starts here: what other steps do I need after I have the code of the website itself? I know that I need the domain (from namecheap.com or domains.google.com, or others) but how do I publish it on it? That’s the part I miss.

Why not just get your own domain name for a few dollars a year? ie, namecheap.com has them for cheap (maybe other better deals elsewhere) and you can even use dynamic DNS updates..
