Trying to connect using Namecoin-qt 0.3.80 legacy client question

It has been a while since I sync my client. I saw on the namecoin.org website that this client is still supported even though namecoin-core one has the most recent release.

How to add peer(s) to namecore-qt on Windows 10?

With bitminter shutting down I am moving my namecoin off to my own computer. I downloaded the latest namecoin core from namecoin.org. I was having the same problem as this post, but can’t figure out how to add the peers listed in the post.
