Koblime uses Sentry (https://sentry.io) to detect crashes and performance issues and PagerDuty (https://pagerduty.com) to send me an alert. The data tells me if an issue is isolated to a single region or user or if it’s a site-wide outage. If you’re familiar with PagerDuty, you probably associate it with alerts about technical services behaving in ways they shouldn’t.
