    Thank you for the advice. I used to have my brokerage and contact at the top of the page but it turned off viewers who had no intention of home buying . As for realgeeks.com my brokerage uses them and I have a professional webpage with them under my brokerage. They are not ranked very high but I have no control how my broker decides to or not to have it SEO-ed correctly.
