Everyone can do it. A self-directed Roth IRA can be purchased for about $400. It can own any kind of investment including startup shares. I’m thinking about moving the shares I purchased on startengine.com into a self-directed IRA.

IDK if this helps but the stock itself is startengine.com and they have their own in-house secondary stock market for startups that their stock trades on. I can give the full offering link if needed.

And they have their own in-house startup stock market where you can trade stocks in startup companies. Startengine.com itself is a startup and this is a new industry, but they allow you to buy and sell shares of their own company on the site, so I bought some in that as well, as I think this seems like a promising investment honestly.
