(In case you didn’t know, multiple anonymous sources unexpectedly “leaking” information to reporters at the same time are coordinated and thus planed releases – I first learned this from this podcast by a reporter from the Intercept who explained how the government used this tactic to make what would have been an explosive revelation by his newspaper, into something that the U.S. Public hardly noticed).

I just type in google and there’s a ton of them. When I look at the sources it has NPR, NYtimes, TheTimes.co.uk, USAtoday, France 24, Teen Vogue, CBSAlbany, ABCnews.go.com, The Gaurdian, insider.com , theintercept.com, vox, nbcnews.com, the sun. In fact there is not a single Fox news post.

Perhaps that’s case, I do consume a lot of right wing media. BUt here’s the link to the Intercept: https://theintercept.com/ . Salon here: https://www.salon.com/ Maybe I’m wrong, but I can’t find any story critical of a (D)emocratic positions or policy. I see plenty of critique on Republican positions/policy. What do you see?

The best thing Glenn Greenwald did was take other people’s money and leaks, and create a journalistic outlet (The Intercept) that survives his reputation. And he got pretty close to destroying the Intercept too.
