I use https://ticktick.com/?language=en_US for this and I’m 100% happy after years of jumping between GTD style apps (OmniFocus being a close 2nd). Todo lists, markdown notes, and a calendar. 3 critical organization apps in one, all I need.

Check out TickTick if you want a nice todo-app. Or ClickUp if you want more bells & whistles and want to do project management as well. If you prefer a multitool-app, you could have a look at Notion.

Basically the problem I have is that I removed some recurring tasks with daily reminders, but the reminders did not disappear from the “ticktick.com” calendar. I cannot remove the reminders from both Google Calendar and the TickTick calendar view as I am unable to edit reminders from the “ticktick.com” calendar.

In March 2020 Covid hit and I found lots of time to experiment again. I tried everything but nothing seemed really good. This is when I stumbled on Asana. As my job shifted to more of long-term projects, it seemed like a nice fit. Ticktick is like Todoist but you get Calendar, Notes, Habit Tracker, and Pomodoro timer added for less money. The only down side I find with Notion is their mobile app was slow when I was trying it.
