Https://todoist.com/ works very well for me, the tasklists and the boards. I had to adapt and stick to my workflow though and cut the tasks into smaller digestible items or reminders. For bigger ideas I use notion for capture.

Document your goals in any of the apps that works for you. I use Todoist mainly because it is available everywhere. But don’t go into too much documentation .

Do you use MacOS? You can use the built-in Reminders app. If not, there’s an online version on iCloud.
