For screens, have you tried blue light blocking glasses and/or software to change the color temperature? I recommend f.lux and Twilight. I’m sure someone else will chime in with a glasses recommendation.

Work on fixing your sleep schedule. It may help you to go to bed even if not tired. I’ll typically go to bed and read a book to wind down. Avoid your phone as the light can screw with your brain – if you have to use your phone, ensure “blue light filter” is enabled if it has it, and/or use an app like Twilight or f.lux.
