If you prefer not to use proprietary, walled-off services like Strava I recommend
Umap which has some great map editing
Functionality and allows sharing links or even exporting the maps as JSON.

If you can prove that it’s the designated on-the-ground name, then you can add it back 🙂 – But it seems at least some of you implied it doesn’t exist in that name. If you want to add a marker with that name onto the map even if the name is incorrect you can use https://umap.openstreetmap.fr/en/.

Just draw on top of an OpenStreetMap background map. E.g. Using https://umap.openstreetmap.fr/en/. That doesn’t give you tiles, but a shareable map.

If you would be satisfied with a color pointer in the center of the street, perhaps umap would be the easiest approach. French streets are typically less than 1000 meters long, so this might be a good compromise.
