Go to nirsoft.net and download a utility named ShellExView. It will show all the registered shell extensions and will let you disable them. Under Options you can choose to hide all Microsoft extensions (which I’d recommend to start), and I would uncheck the ‘Show 32-bit Shell Extensions’ since it restricts it to only the 32-bit ones.
