The error also gave a link to a form if I have problems. I filled the form out and send it. I got an answer back a few seconds later that mojang doesn’t do the support anymore and I should go to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us.

Finally got the BSOD to stop long enough to see the code. Google is hilariously unhelpful, returning everything from shady fix-it services to “run windows update LOL” (thank you support.microsoft.com for that gem), to “reinstall windows.”.

The links in the windows update history in Settings typically only link up when the change lists are posted to support.microsoft.com (aka the cumulative updates for the retail audience). Agree it’d be nice to have it for insider ones too, though.

Help documentation is not a good reason to force Edge. If they already need to support multiple browsers on https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/, how does forcing you to use Edge to view it help the end user? Specifically the end user who has already decided to swap from Edge to a better browser?

On my widows 10 machine running Firefox 95 if I try to open https://support.microsoft.com/ FF incorrectly reports it as not secure. If I use another browser it is secure with a certificate.
