We use wishlistr.com for our wishlists as it just seems to work better and let’s you add anything from any website and leave notes.

I know you are being malicious compliance here, but you should consider using wishlistr.com or something similar. Make a list and anytime asks what you want, just send them the link. You can put whatever you want on it, including Taylor Swift tickets if you want.

We have a kid this year who hasn’t gotten a Christmas present since she was 8. (15 now) I’m not sure she really believes she will get them this year either. We’ve already started easing into it. If you find the figures you want from reputable sites, you can always use a universal wishlist site to have an easily-accessible list. I tend to use Amazon’s universal wishlist function, some people I know use https://wishlistr.com.
