Http://realtor.ca and http://zoocasa.com are the two I look at the most. Zoocasa will tell you what houses sold for, most of the time, which is handy.

You can make an account on zoocasa.com and look at sold prices. There’s not a lot because they only show the prices for houses sold privately by companies such as purple bricks, but at least it gives you an idea.
